Every ARQuantis engagement is governed by a formal statement of work. Our delivery governance framework includes:

Data Security

ARQuantis applies enterprise-grade security controls to protect client data, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and regular third-party security reviews.

All client data is stored and processed exclusively in Australian data centres. We do not transfer client data offshore without explicit written consent.

Complaints & Disputes

ARQuantis is committed to resolving complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If something has not met your expectations, we want to hear about it.

Escalation & Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, disputes relating to our ERP consulting engagements are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in your statement of work. In the absence of a specific agreement, disputes are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

ARQuantis is committed to good-faith negotiation before any formal dispute process. We encourage clients to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution together.
