Built by practitioners.
For your business.
ARQuantis was founded by a team of ERP consultants, project managers, and integration specialists who saw a gap in the Australian market: deep platform expertise and disciplined delivery, without the overhead of a large consulting firm.
Why we started ARQuantis
Australian organisations deserve ERP consultants who have actually run these projects before — not graduates learning on the job or large firms that rotate staff every few months. After years delivering ERP programmes inside large consultancies and enterprise organisations, our founders recognised a persistent gap: clients needed a partner with genuine platform depth, disciplined project management, and the accountability that only comes from a smaller, senior-led team.
ARQuantis was established to fill that gap. We built our practice around Oracle Fusion, EPM, TechOne, Ci Anywhere, XERO, and MYOB — the platforms our clients actually use — and designed our engagement model around the reality that ERP projects succeed or fail based on the quality of the people doing the work.
Today, ARQuantis works with government agencies, mid-market enterprises, and not-for-profits across Australia. We deliberately keep our client base manageable so every engagement receives the senior attention it deserves.
Our Mission
To deliver ERP implementations that work the way our clients work — on time, within budget, and with the documentation and support to keep them running long after go-live.
What makes us different
- Platform-deep expertise — not generalist consultants
- Senior-led engagements — no junior hand-offs
- Process-first approach before any configuration begins
- Fixed-scope proposals — no hidden costs or scope creep
- Australian-owned and operated
- Transparent methodology — every decision documented
The principles that guide every engagement
Integrity
We give honest assessments — even when it means telling a client their project scope is too ambitious or their data is not ready. Our reputation depends on it.
Rigour
Every configuration decision, migration rule, and integration design is documented and tested. We do not cut corners to hit a deadline.
Partnership
We measure our success by whether your system is still working well two years after go-live — not by the size of the engagement.
Accessibility
Enterprise-grade ERP delivery should not be the exclusive domain of the largest organisations. We make it accessible to mid-market and government clients.
Senior consultants. Hands-on delivery.
Every ARQuantis engagement is led by a senior consultant. We do not hand off to junior staff — our clients work directly with the people who designed the solution.

Australian-owned & operated
ARQuantis is proudly Australian-owned. Our consultants, operations, and client engagements are based in Australia. We are not a subsidiary of a global firm.
Selective client base
We deliberately limit the number of active engagements we take on. This is not a constraint — it is a commitment to quality. Every client gets senior attention.
Continuous investment in capability
We invest in platform certifications, methodology development, and tooling — ensuring our delivery capability stays current as platforms evolve.
